What is OCD? How you can fight back against OCD if you try.

I have had OCD for a while and know how hard the symptoms are to deal with. I know the ways OCD can truck you and make you feel bad about things. It can cause you to excessively worry about things, it will make you doubt many things around you. I think the best way to confront it is by actually meeting it head on if you can. This is done by going towards some of your obsessions and trying to work your way through the symptoms if you can. It is the best way to get the symptoms under control more but it can be a difficult thing to do. I know it is not easy but you have to be able to see OCD and find ways to meet with the obsession so that you can live your life more with it. It is about being able to do this but using different techniques it can be possible.
