Should you remove gluten?
It seems the gluten free way is appealing too many and I can see why also. There is some good evidence that gluten can cause issues with digestion and might not be the best for some people who are sensitive. It is behind some issues with causing more intestinal problems, along with different things like leaky gut syndrome among others. It is important to understand that some people might be effected more by it. So it seems that we need to look at those who might be more sensitive and try to see if if is having an effect. There is issues with the gluten in many foods that people do react more to. I know I have some issues and I see removing as more beneficial. There are lots of products that can be substituted for it, with things like other gluten free grains and food you can choose from. So it does make sense and can be easy to do. With different products choices its not that hard to do. If you have other digestive issues it might be worth a try to remove. It will just need to be
